MASTER CLASS OF HAUTE CUISINE
Attend a demonstration from IDAM’s Executive Chef Damien Leroux and his team who will share their passion for gastronomy and provide a first-hand insight into IDAM’s seasonal menu themes infused with a twist of local influence.
This March, attend a live demonstration by IDAM’s chefs as they prepare some of IDAM’s newest recipes in the restaurant’s kitchen – available on Friday 7st, 14th and 21st at 2-5PM.
- Friday 7st of April: “Vegetables” by Executive Chef Damien Leroux
- Friday 14st of April: “Dry fruits” by Head Pastry Chef Benoit Champeau
- Friday 21st of April: “Rice ” by Sous Chef Pierre Marty
Each session costs QAR 500 and includes the three hour Master Class, a booklet, apron, recipe information – and an exclusive tasting of the dishes prepared.

Goût de France/Good France menu is exclusively available for dinner on 22nd of March, 7pm - 10pm for QR 650 per person including pairings.
